How this helps a migration
- Zoomed-out view. A 20,000-line property JSON collapses to a one-line-per-rule outline you can actually read.
- Confirm scope with the customer. Uncheck rules they no longer need and export a removal list — shrinking the config before an engineer touches it.
- Spot dead weight. "Flag likely-dead" highlights disabled rules and empty rule groups that are common leftovers in long-lived Akamai configs.
